Faith Lutheran Church elders shall:

Assist the Pastor in all matters pertaining to the spiritual welfare of the congregation.

Take under consideration complaints and grievances by the members of the congregation.

Encourage attendance at church services.

  Be present at each service to see that it is conducted without disturbance and fosters a good attitude toward worship.

Assist the Pastor in arranging for pulpit assistance

Select and supervise ushers.

Be an example of Christian conduct and conversation.

Assist the cultivation of harmony and charity among the members.
